For the ginger citrus shot, peel the ginger and grate coarsely or cut into small pieces. Squeeze the lemon, lime and blood oranges. Remove seeds from the pulp of the citrus and add the pulp to the juice.

Place ginger, juice with pulp and honey in a tall container and blend to a paste. Add a little water if needed. Strain through a large sieve, leaving the coarse ginger fibers behind. However, most of it should be strained through the sieve.

Take a shot glass of the ginger citrus shot with a sip every day.
