Rinse the meat, rub dry and cut into pieces. Remove the skin from the onion and cut it into slices. Heat the oil in a pan, add the meat and onion and mix well. Stir-fry the meat until brown on all sides. Now extinguish with a cup of water, add cinnamon, pepper, salt and cloves. Melt the paradeis pulp and sugar in enough water to cover the meat. Continue cooking for about 1/2 to 1 hour until the meat is tender. Make sure that there is enough sauce left for the macaroni.

Make the macaroni in salted water, drain and mix with melted butter.

Remove the meat and keep warm on a platter. Add the macaroni to the sauce form and mix well. Then arrange on a platter together with the meat.
