Clean the fennel bulb and carrots, remove the peel, clean the leek. Rinse the three ingredients, cut into tender strips. Peel garlic cloves, chop finely. Heat oil, sauté garlic and vegetable strips briefly.

Add fish stock and cook vegetables for approx. 10 min.

Rinse fish fillet under cold running water, dry, perhaps remove bones, cut into cubes, add to clear soup, simmer 10 min at low temperature (do not cook), season soup with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Rinse shrimps under cold running water, add to soup, heat briefly.
