Knead the dough ingredients together, divide in half. Shape each into a ball and leave to cool, covered, for about half an hour.
2. mix the ingredients for the filling. Roll out one half of the dough on a baking tray covered with parchment paper (approx. 40 x 35 cm). Pour filling on top, spread smoothly. Roll out the second half of the dough on a floured surface to the size of the baking tray, place on top of the filling, press down lightly to smooth out.
Bake at 200 degrees on middle rack for approx. 15 min. Remove, cut into 100 squares (approx. 3 x 3 cm) and cool.
4. Mix 125 g powdered sugar and juice of one lemon. Knead marzipan and remaining powdered sugar together. Roll out between two layers of foil, cut out small stars. Coat nut squares with icing and decorate.
