Instructions:

For the egg soup, cook the rice in the soup and add the ginger. Separate the yolks and egg whites, beating the egg whites to snow.

Put the yolks at the bottom of the soup bowl, mix with the lemon juice. Add the beaten egg whites.

Gradually add the rice soup, stirring constantly. Remove the ginger if necessary.

Add salt and pepper and serve the egg soup sprinkled with the herbs.
