What is needed is a large cutting board.

On the cutting board, chop the garlic and chilies, add the parsley and mint and chop. Cut the tomatoes into slices first, then chop them as well, gradually mixing them with the other ingredients. Add the salt. Transfer the salsa to a small serving bowl and mix in the juice of one lemon. The sauce should be quite “soupy”, ideal to be spooned over bulgur or long-grain rice, respectively, or dunked on pita bread.

These chilies make a slightly spicy salsa, adjust to your own taste.
