Peel and grate the carrot and onion. Mix into the tartar. Season with salt and pepper. Add low-fat curd and cook a meat dough. Shape the meat dough into an oblong loaf. Grease a fireproof dish.

Fill with meat dough. Put in the oven heated to 200 degrees on the middle shelf. Bake the dough for 45 minutes. Brush with hot water during baking.

This goes well with it: Raw vegetables of 250 g in carrots, 1 small apple (100 g), in lemon marinade with sweetener and 1 tsp oil.
