For the crostini, “bake” the slices of Tuscan bread in the oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for 8 minutes. Spread the Taleggio on the bread and return to the oven.

The Taleggio should melt “tenderly”. Top the breads with the lardo, pepper finely and serve.
