Puree the apricots with a hand blender and season with rum.

Stir curd, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cream stiffener and lemon juice until smooth.

Whip the cream until stiff.

Mix the pureed apricots with the curd mixture and carefully fold in the whipped cream.

Pour the cream into glasses and chill.
