For the cream, whip the whipped cream until stiff.
Stir the mascarpone with the low-fat curd and the sifted powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in the whipped cream. Finally, fold in the grated chocolate, setting aside a few tablespoons of chocolate for garnish.
Pour the cream into a large enough serving bowl and sprinkle with the removed grated chocolate.
For the cherries, drain the sour cherries in a sieve, reserving the juice, however.
Heat the cherry juice with orange and lemon juice in a saucepan. Sweeten with honey and thicken with cornstarch. Bring to the boil once, then round off with Amaretto. Remove from the heat and finally mix in the cherries.
Garnish the cream with the cherries and serve.
