Instructions:

For the coconut croissants, knead all the ingredients for the dough together and leave to rest in a cool place for 1 hour. Form several rolls, cut into pieces (about 2cm wide) and shape them into croissants.

Bake them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes on the middle shelf.

Sprinkle the coconut crescents with powdered sugar while still hot.
