For the coconut-cocoa Easter nest, separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff. Mix yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and orange juice until creamy. Mix in coconut, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and oil.
Gently fold in the snow and pour batter into greased and floured mold(s) (or several small ones). Bake in the oven for between 20 and 50 minutes, depending on the size of the pan.
Let cool, fill some Easter grass in the center of each ramekin/mold and place chocolate Easter bunnies in the coconut-cocoa Easter nest.
