For the chocolate sheet cake with rum, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Cream the yolks with vanilla sugar and sugar.

Add the yogurt, oil, cocoa powder and chocolate chips to the yolk mixture and mix.
