Chop up chips (this is best done by placing chips in a freezer bag and rolling over them with a pasta walker). Separate the onion from the skin and cut it off. Knead mince together with peanuts, chips, onion, egg, curry, salt and pepper. Arrange small balls of mince mixture with moistened hands.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the balls for about 10 minutes. Dice cleaned zucchini and sauté in vegetable soup for about 8 min. Make zucchini puree with hand mixer, season and fold in the cream. Serve the chips-curry balls with the zucchini puree on plates.
White wine
Tip: Zucchini is a type of squash and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
