Instructions:

Prepare the dough and filling according to the respective recipes (Kasnudel, Fleischnudel, Eierschwammerlnudel, Specknudel), add the respective filling to the noodles and cook them in salted water.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauerkraut by first soaking it in cold water.

Sauté the onion in hot lard, add the soup and cook the sauerkraut with the spices and a rind of bacon for about 3/4 of an hour.

Then remove the bacon rind and arrange the sauerkraut on a warmed plate in the middle.

The noodles can then be draped decoratively around it.
