Crush cherries. Add sugar. Melt the gelatine in a few tablespoons of hot water. Stir into the cherries with the remaining water and Campari. Fill into a square dish and set in the refrigerator. To serve, dip briefly in hot water, turn out and dice. Divide evenly among serving plates and decorate with whipped cream, peaches and mint.
