As a result, children find it exceptionally difficult to get up early: it’s still dark in the morning, chilled and often damp. With these teas, they get up faster and can warm up properly before kindergarten all over again.

Finely chop the apple rings. Put the anise seed and lemon balm leaves in a tea filter form and together with the apple pieces pour the boiling water and the warmed apple juice. Steep the tea for 15 minutes. Remove the tea filter and sweeten the tea with maple syrup.
