For the loaves, beat the eggs until foamy, add the chocolate, rum and powdered sugar. Mix the nuts with the breadcrumbs and fold into the mixture (the mixture is sticky and only becomes firm when baked).
Form balls of about 1 cm and roll in powdered sugar. Then place on a baking tray and make sure there is enough space between them.
Bake in the preheated oven at 150 °C hot air for about 10-15 minutes (depending on how big the bread loaves/ balls are).
