Clean, rinse and divide cauliflower and broccoli into roses. Blanch in lightly
salted water and drain well. Cut ham into cubes. Grate cheese and mix with crème fraîche, season (S/P= /M).
Mix flour, cornstarch with baking powder, oil, layered cheese and pinch of salt in a= r
Baking bowl to make smooth dough. Form 8 balls, flatten, = place on
baking tray. Top dough with cauliflower, broccoli and ham.
Sprinkle with pine nuts and bake at 200-225 °C for about 20 minutes.
Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
