For the biscotti, knead all ingredients (except almonds) into a smooth dough. Work in the almonds by hand, form 2 rolls of 20 cm each and flatten slightly.
Bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cut the rolls into 1 cm thick slices. Bake the slices again for 10-15 minutes.
Allow the finished biscotti to cool.
