Soak azuki beans in water for one night. Cook in fresh water for about 1 hour.
Grind spices with a tiny bit of salt in a mortar, sauté in oil for 5 minutes.
Sauté sliced zucchini and peppers with onions and garlic until soft.
Mix everything carefully and let it sit for 10 min.
Roast coconut flakes without fat until golden and sprinkle over the dish.
