For the banana egg liqueur dream prepare the batter. To do this, separate the eggs and beat the whites for several minutes with a little salt until very stiff. Briefly whip the egg yolks with the cinnamon, sugar, flour and eggnog, adding a dash of milk if needed. Fold the mixture into the beaten egg whites.

Preheat the oven to 170°C, line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the batter 1 cm thick. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
