First prepare the rice.

For this, bring brown rice, water, onion, cloves and salt briefly to a boil and steam on low heat, covered (about 1/2 hour).

Peel and chop onion, dice bell bell pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Sauté butter and onion until translucent, add bell bell pepper and sauté until tender, mushrooms and tomatoes also sauté briefly. Season with oregano, basil and herb salt.

Mix vegetables and finished rice together and serve.
