For the avocado-garlic spread, cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh. Put the stone aside. Finely mash the flesh and mix with the lemon juice, the low-fat curd cheese and the finely crushed garlic.
Season with herb salt and freshly ground pepper. Pour the spread into a bowl and place the stone in the center. The stone prevents the avocado-garlic spread from turning brown.
