You can tell a ripe avocado when it can be pressed in with your finger.

Slice the avocado lengthwise. Turn the two halves in opposite directions in your hand. Scoop out the pit and remove the skin. Mash the flesh with a fork. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir together to make a delicious spread.

You can extend this cream with a little bit of Kanne bread drink and use it as a vinaigrette.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried!
