Instructions:

For the autumn soup, clean and wash carrots. Peel the onion. Wash celery, tomato and zucchini. Dice bacon, pumpkin flesh, carrots, celery, onion, tomato and zucchini.

Sauté onion with bacon in olive oil. Add diced tomato. Saute for 2 minutes. Stir in oatmeal and pour in vegetable soup.

Mix in carrot, celery, pumpkin and zucchini cubes. Let stand for a while and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Before serving, season the autumn soup with a squeeze of lemon juice.
