A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Cut chicken breast into 1 cm strips. Remove peel from yellow beets and carrots, cut in half lengthwise and finely slice. Rinse and chop young onions. Clean mushrooms, remove stem end, cut mushroom caps into strips. Make Asian noodles in salted water according to package directions.

Heat oil in a frying pan or wok and fry chicken breast strips in it. Add carrots, yellow onions, garlic, turnips and mushrooms, sauté and pour in chicken stock. When the liquid has almost evaporated, add noodles and stir-fry.

Season with all the indicated Asian spices and add sesame oil and the chopped herbs.
