For the apple punch, boil the apple juice with the spices and the sliced apples. Add the wine. Leave to infuse for an hour on turned down plate.

Taste and sweeten with cane sugar to taste. Remove spices and serve. If you like, you can also let the apple punch bubble up again so that it is hot.
