Remove the skin from the apples and cut them into small slices. make a few min in the wine with 30g sugar and a piece of cinnamon. Mix the mascarpone with the remaining sugar and the vanilla cream. Fill the crumbled amarettini in 4 sundaes, form the apple slices and the cream on top. Dust with cocoa before serving.
