For the apple-pumpkin strudel, peel the pumpkin and apples and cut into small pieces. Saute in a pan with a little butter until soft.
Stir in sugar, raisins and walnuts. Sugar to taste and depending on how sweet the apples are. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
Let the mixture cool down and then fill it on the rolled out puff pastry and fold it in. Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
