Instructions:

Remove the skin from the onion and cut into fine cubes.

Wash the two peppers, halve them, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips.

Place the onion cubes and bell pepper strips in a microwave dish with the butter and cook at 600 watts for 6-8 minutes.

Place the canned peas and carrots in a colander and drain well.

Cut the frankfurters into narrow slices.

Add the peas, carrots and frankfurter slices to the paprika vegetables. Season heartily with paprika, pepper, salt, curry and marjoram.

Mix the eggs with the parsley, tarragon and chives and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the beaten eggs evenly over the vegetables and cook for another 6-8 min at 600 watts power.

Arrange and bring to the table.
