Instructions:

Fry the bacon until crisp, then add the cheese and spices. Roll out the dough into a sheet. Spread the filling evenly on it and roll up the dough. Brush bread with egg yolk and oil and bake at 200 °C for 60 min.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
