Try this delicious pasta dish:
Make the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again. Now stir in 1 tbsp oil and toss.
Cut the pork into thin strips. Clean the beans.
Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil in a preheated wok until very hot. Add the noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes after adding 1 tbsp soy sauce. Transfer to a serving bowl. Keep warm.
Heat the remaining oil and sauté the beans and meat for 2 min. Add sugar, salt, wine or sherry, the remaining soy sauce and about half of the scallions to the wok form.
Mix well and, assuming necessary, add a tiny bit of clear soup. Fill everything on the noodles in the serving bowl, drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with the remaining scallions.
Serve hot or possibly cooled and, if desired, with chili sauce.
