For the pumpkin gratin, peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes. Cook spirals in salted water until al dente and set aside. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut ham into fine strips.

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic. Add ham strips and sauté. Now add the pumpkin flesh, fry for about 10 minutes and season with salt, pepper and coriander.

Now stir in the creme fraiche and parmesan and mix with the spirals. Put the pumpkin mixture in a baking dish, top with sliced mozzarella and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

Arrange the pumpkin gratin and serve.
