1. cut the cheese into 5mm thick slices and coat with flour to taste,
2. in a small pan with two handles (saganaki), heat enough oil to cover the bottom 5 mm and bake the cheese for about 1 minute on each side. If desired, drizzle the cheese pieces with juice from one lemon.
Put the frying pan on an ovenproof plate and bring it to the table on the spot. Serve with lemon slices and crusty fresh bread dipped in the lemon flavored oil in the frying pan. A very quickly prepared, delicious snack.
