A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Make pasta according to package directions, then drain. Mix Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and stir into pasta.
Using a fork, twist each serving into a nest of noodles, twist spaghetti around a fork, place noodles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pull apart a tiny bit.
Cut one third of the tomatoes into slices, 4 slices per tomato. Quarter the remaining tomatoes, remove seeds, cut into 5mm cubes. Cut ham and mozzarella into cubes. Mix the diced ingredients with herbs, whipped cream, eggs de Provence, salt and pepper. Shape into spaghetti and cover with tomato slices.
Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes on the 2nd rack from the bottom. Sprinkle with chive rolls.
