Instructions:

For the Philadelphia Chocolate Banana Cheesecake, first crush cookies with a food processor or alternatively place in a freezer bag, seal bag and crumble contents completely with a rolling pin. Melt the butter, mix with the crumbs and 20 g sugar and press everything into a springform pan lined with baking paper.

Preheat oven to 160 °C (convection oven). Finely mash the bananas with the sour cream.

Mix Philadelphia, 170 g sugar, vanilla sugar and banana puree with an electric hand mixer. Stir in eggs one by one. Mix pudding powder with milk until smooth and stir in.

Pour the cream into the pan and smooth it out. Bake in the lower third of the oven for about 60 minutes. Let cheesecake cool in turned off, open oven for about 1 hour. Then chill the Philadelphia Chocolate Banana Cheesecake in the refrigerator for 3 hours (but preferably overnight).
