For the paella, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Dice the tomatoes. Clean, wash and halve the green beans. Wash the shrimp (but leave them in their shells) and remove the intestines.

Heat the olive oil in a paella pan and sauté the onion, garlic, rice, chicken, saffron and tomato puree for about 3 minutes. Then add the wine. Then gradually add chicken soup, also add the diced tomatoes, green beans.

Bring everything to a boil, put the lid on, reduce the temperature and simmer for about 15 minutes. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the peas.

In the meantime, heat some olive oil in a pan, fry 1 clove of chopped garlic briefly, add shrimp in the shell and fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with pepper and salt.

Season the paella with salt and pepper. Halve the olives, chop the chives and add to the paella.

Serve the paella and top with the fried shrimp.
