For the shrimp noodles, heat the herb cream cheese with a dash of water and a little lemon juice (a few drops) in a pan, stir in the shrimp and let it sit for about 5-7 minutes.
Cook the spaghettini in salted water until al dente, drain and then mix well but carefully with the cream cheese in the pan. Season with a little pepper.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs (to taste) before serving.
