Homemade baby food – First complementary food

For the potato and curd loaf, boil the potatoes until soft, peel them and press or mash them while still hot. Mix with curd, flour and egg and work into a dough. Salt only lightly.

Sprinkle a work surface with flour. Form the potato-curd dough into a roll and cut off pieces about 3 cm long. Flatten slightly with the flat of your hand.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the Erdäpfel-Topfen-Laibchen.
