Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Dice the carrots, celery and ham.

Sauté the diced onions in light butter, add the carrots and celery and cook for 5 minutes. Add the drained tomatoes and half of the tomato juice and boil briefly. Fold in the ham and season heartily with salt and pepper. Squeeze in the garlic cloves. Chop the basil and add. Set aside.

For the cheese sauce, prepare a light roux with light butter, flour and clear soup heavy cream cheese and fold in Parmesan cheese and season with salt.
