Make potatoes, then finely mash.
Heat oil (1) in frying pan. Brown the onion and chilli in it. Add chili powder. Then fry the shrimps, salt and monosodium glutamate for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the potatoes, mix well. Knead and form small balls. Dip them in beaten egg, roll them in the potato chips and fry them in the heated frying oil until golden brown.
Bring to the table hot.
