Prepare a light roux, stir in the finely chopped onion, stew, add the chopped dill and bell pepper for it and stir.
The roux is prepared in an appropriately sized saucepan so that the pumpkin fits in ditto. The roux is mixed with the pumpkin, to which 1 tablespoon of vinegar has been added. The pumpkin is steamed in the roux on a medium flame, stirring continuously, and then salted. Add sour cream, bubble and serve. Pumpkin vegetables are served with pork.
