Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Preheat the oven to 250 °C and grease a cake pan of 20 cm ø or a loaf pan for 1000g.

Mix baking powder, salt, flour in a wide bowl with eggs, wine and oil until smooth, then fold in mushrooms, olives and cheese.

Pour mixture into prepared pan, bake for 10 min, then reduce heat to 190 degrees and bake for another 40-50 min until cake is firm and golden brown. Bring to the table immediately.
