For the nut tarts, first mix the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar and soft butter until foamy, then stir in the oil and milk.
Mix in the grated nuts and the chopped cooking chocolate. Now beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold into the yolk mixture.
Carefully mix the flour and baking powder with the rest of the mixture and pour into greased ramekins. Bake the nut tarts at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes and enjoy either lukewarm or cooled down.
