For the pumpkin vegetables with chili, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Remove seeds from chili and bell bell pepper, cut bell bell pepper into small cubes, chop chili very finely. Cut pumpkin into cubes.

Heat oil in a large pot, fry onion and garlic until light. Add the diced peppers, pumpkin, chili, tomato paste and paprika powder, mix well, deglaze with a splash of vinegar and pour in the soup.

Cook until soft, season with salt and pepper, stir in cream cheese and season the pumpkin vegetables with chili again.
