For the fruit tart, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar with vanilla sugar, flour with baking powder. Beat the yolks with the sugar until foamy and then stir the flour and the snow alternately into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured fruit tart pan and bake at 170 °C for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the pudding according to the package instructions and then let it cool. Then spread the pudding on the cooled cake base.
Decorate the cake as desired. Prepare the cake glaze according to the package instructions, spread it on the cake with a spoon and then let it set.
