For the pork tokány clean the kidneys, wash well, scald and wash again. Cut the kidneys, meat and liver into strips. Heat butter in a pot and fry finely chopped onions until golden.
Add kidneys and meat. Stir-fry briefly, add a little water, cover and simmer until tender. Season, add salt, season with lemon juice and add sour cream.
Add the liver and let it steam covered for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
