Instructions:

For the fig dessert, first preheat the oven to 170 °C.

Then rinse the figs, dry them, cut away the woody stem at the very top and make a cross-shaped incision in the fruit so that they still hang together at the bottom.

Fold the figs apart a bit so that they look a bit star-shaped.

Drizzle the honey on top or inside and put the baking tray in the oven for about 10 min. and bake.

During these 10 minutes, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.

Remove the figs from the oven, arrange on plates and drizzle with the whipped cream while still hot.
