Cut the meat into tender strips (about 3 cm). Season the cut meat with ground pepper and salt and divide into two portions. Heat a large frying pan very well with half of the peanut oil, pour in part of the meat and fry briefly. Remove the meat from the frying pan, keep warm. Do the same with the remaining meat. In the same frying pan, heat the butter, add the onions and sauté until soft. Add the sliced mushrooms, pour the white wine and reduce by half. Add the juices from the meat and the cream and make everything together to the desired consistency. Season with salt, pepper and juice of a lemon. Add the meat to the sauce form, heat (do not make more) and stir gently.
